WTPF-26 will be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort, Nassau, The Bahamas.

The venue offers an efficient and secure setting for high-level international dialogue, networking, and collaboration throughout the Forum.
Delegation Information to be submitted by 31st March 2026
To support effective planning and organization of WTPF-26, delegations are kindly requested to indicate:
- The estimated number of participants in their delegation; and
- The expected level of the Head of Delegation (e.g. Minister, Deputy Minister, Head of Regulatory Authority, Permanent Representative, Chief Executive Officer)*.
This information should be shared with the ITU Secretariat at sg-registration@ itu.int, preferably by 31 March 2026.
*Special provisions will be made for VIPs.

Official government delegations, other participants, and media representatives are required to first register through the ITU website. After completing the ITU registration, all participants are required to finalize visa and entry procedures in accordance with the regulations of The Bahamas.
